Due to staffing shortage, the Call Center hours will be updated: effective Monday, Dec. 13
Weekday hours will change to the following schedule below until further notice. The current weekend schedule will not change at this time.
A.M. After Hours Recorder – 5:00 a.m. to 7:59 a.m.
TALK TO A CSR LIVE – 8:00 a.m. to 4:59 p.m.
P.M. After Hours Recorder – 5:00 p.m. to 7:59 p.m.
CLOSED MESSAGE – 8:00 p.m. to 4:59 a.m.
